Crescent Court Condos in Jersey City, NJ with private courtyard

House hunting or should I say condo hunting in Jersey City, NJ?  I understand why condos are top on your list.  Maintenance matters such as landscaping and snow removal simply is not of interest to you. Lately the East coast has experienced its fair share of snow and snow removal from an HOA is too luxurious to pass up. Crescent Court condos in Jersey City is accessible luxury.

Crescent Court Condos in Jersey City was developed by Matzel and Mumford, the luxury division of K. Hovnanian Homes.  This complex is stunning, simply elegant and well maintained.  Located in the “Village” section of downtown Jersey City by Merseles St and 2nd St, the complex features 54 condo homes and range from 900-1800 square feet.  The homes are outfitted with stainless steel appliances, in unit washer/dryer, central air and heating, elevator access, private indoor garage and a private courtyard.  Luxury can be found here.

Isn’t this courtyard lovely?  Though Mary Benson Park is nearby, having a tranquil, perfect outdoor spot to wind down right in the complex’s own courtyard is an added bonus.
